Travis- he mentioned not being in the best mood and how his allergies are acting up but he wants student council to try to be doing something productive.

Ryan- he talked about noticing certain student council members not wanting to be in student council because of “portfolio stress”. He also asked student members who were in a “ chill” mood what they did at lunchtime.

William- he talked about student council being productive. He also mentioned even though the afternoon is causing a very swingy mood to try to do something productive and keep them busy.

Dance committee- discussed with Trevor about getting another dance and got a permit for a dance. She also mentioned the success of the pen/pad event.

Senior committee- they discussed going to Leslie to see the amount of money that has to be given in for senior trip. The senior trip is in good shape. Certain seniors have to give in their amount of money but other then that everything is good.

Junior committee- discussed the senior send off and discussed performances that will go down in senior send off. They also discussed the food sale on May 17. Senior send off is on June 8Th.

PAC committee- they finished a speech discussing on tasks that will be done during cultural awareness week.

Travis- talked about anyone wanting to run for Chairmen, Co-Chairmen, Paulamaterian, and secretary for next year’s new semester in Student Council. He also talked about the requirements for these places. He also reminded S.C. if any one did their homework.

Ryan- he asked committees if they have any agenda to talk about for today. * An “agenda” means things or topics that will be discussed during the time given in Student Council. He also asked committees to talk about their events.

William- he spoke about considering qualifying for wanting to have the new spots on leading student council for next year. He also mentioned students stepping up if they want to run for a leadership spot in student council.

Dance committee- they filled out the Calendar Approval sheet for the “ Pencil Sale” and also talked about the up coming dance.

Senior committee- talked about the food sale on April 28th. The sale is an ice cream/Bake sale. They are also working on the triangle of hype to promote this sale.

Junior committee- discussed the upcoming food sale and senior send off. They talked about the list of food and committee members bringing food for the food sale. They also discussed the theme, decorations, jobs, entertainment, and activities that will happen in the “2007 Senior Send off” event.

PAC committee- discussed cultural awareness week. This event is in the process of development.

Ryan- reminded if everyone knew that about the parent-teacher conference and that there is a sale for parents and students to raise money for senior trip

William- reminded S.C. to always keep them selves organized and always keep binders organized.

Annabelle- “ It is a very sunny day.”

Guest chairman “Terrel”- told student council members to stay focused despite that everyone might be “ Hyped” after lunch and the very nice weather outside.

Kevi- reminded junior instuite that this is there last stay in student council until they come back from vacation.

Dance committee- they talked about pens and pencils for the sale. Fliers are to be done and put up by today after school. Pens and pencils will be sold throughout landmark AND Coalition due to the extra orders. Senior trips are also being planned. Discuss the price for supplies to be sold. Food would be sold today during Parent teacher’s conferences.

Senior committee- they discussed about the Parent teachers conferences. Prom is going well because the Pay for prom party, many seniors have paid their money. They’re also getting prepared for parent teacher’s food sale and the bake sale tomorrow.

Junior committee- they talked about the raffle. Talked about the positives and negatives. What to improve on next raffle sales. They’re going to learn from this and improve more next time

PAC committee- they discussed the points for grading the advisories. Talked about cultural awareness week in May. Have teachers assign students to certain jobs to keep classrooms clean and organized.

Spirit Committee: Discussed about plans of Spirit day. Color week. Maybe no colors from gangs because its very inappropriate.
